Our pricing ranges from $2.00 – $12.00 per square foot.
Project prices vary depending on the size of the home and the level of detail that is depicted in the final drawings.
What makes an intentional home different from a standard home design?
Intentional homes withstand the test of time. An intentional home is based on design principles that won’t go out of style. Our approach steps away from the “builder grade” model of obtaining the maximum square footage while being as inexpensive as possible. Instead, we focus on details like function, the flow of the space, and finishes to ensure that someone will still want to live in the home 100 years from now.
How does the design process work?
After scheduling your initial consultation, we will meet with you virtually to discuss your project. We will establish your needs and wants for the design as well as the estimated square footage. Shortly after this meeting, we will send you a the project proposal which includes the cost. From this step, we begin designing your home and will have the first design iteration ready within two weeks at which point we will meet with you again to go over it. Any additional design iterations needed will be performed before sending over the final design.
